Since client/customer focused businesses achieve the highest levels of success, this training concentrates on how you can improve your team’s performance standards and ensure your clients are receiving extraordinary service. By developing specific standards for your team and monitoring key indicators, you will know exactly where your business stands at any point in time, improve overall team performance, and ensure your clients’/customers’ absolute delight. Our joint objective is to ensure that everyone involved with the program not only enjoys the experience, but also benefits from it in the sense that they actually use the ideas and concepts on a consistent basis.
We have found that it is better to run this program on any day but a Friday. The reason? People must have time to put the ideas to use immediately for a full 2-day period. When you train on Fridays, they have the weekend to forget about things. For the same reason, we recommend that you schedule the program before or during work time in the morning rather than as after work sessions.
To get the most out of Towards Awesome Service, plan on 2 two-hour sessions for a total of 4 hours of training. Ideally the sessions are held one week apart, with a follow-up Team Commitment review 2 weeks after completion of the program. This follow up session is one hour in length.
