What do your clients really think about the way you run your business?
Advisors On Target will conduct your Client Advisory Board for you, meeting with you to discuss your objectives and providing you with an outline of questions that we will ask your clients. During our discussions with you we may modify the questions to tailor the session to specific needs of your company. You will then provide us with a list of your clients. We aim to have 8-12 clients participate in an Advisory Board. We then invite your clients, conduct the Client Advisory Board (which would typically take 2 hours for an in person session or 90 minutes for Tele-conference), and finally provide you with both an audiotape and written report of the session. At our follow up meeting with you, we discuss the results of the Client Advisory Board and suggest action steps to implement to better serve your clients.
